Ford Public Policy Research Center  Tracy Campbell, both discussing the tradition of negative campaigning in Kentucky.  This episode features features oral histories recalling campaign tactics utilized during the 1963 Kentucky Gubernatorial Primary between Ned Breathitt and A.B. “Happy” Chandler.
