Edwin “Ed” Foote, retired Master Distiller for the Stitzel-Weller Distillery, discusses his early career as a beer chemist at the Henry McKenna Distillery and for Seagram, and he discusses his move to Stitzel-Weller, also known as the Old Fitzgerald Distillery.
