12 Peeples: The Urban League as a Development Corporation and Working with Ex-Offenders

Peeples talks about economic development opportunities and fair housing.

P.G. Peeples began his career at the Urban League of Lexington soon after graduating from the University of Kentucky, in 1968. His tenure began as education director and he is now president and CEO of the Urban League of Lexington/Fayette County. He also serves as Chairman of the Kentucky Community and Technical College Board.

This interview took place on April 30, 2013 as part of the Kentucky Civil Rights Hall of Fame Oral History Project, Louie B. Nunn Center for Oral History and University of Kentucky Libraries.
